Volunteer And Be A Part Of TARA

December 25, 2015 / tara / Bird

Did you know that there are many ways to Help TARA or
any other Rescue Group. Not everyone has the time to
foster or adopt a bird.. We have created a Wish List of things
that you can choose to do to help TARA and the TARA Birds.
Please check out the list by clicking here. Things you can do.

We depend on our volunteers to help TARA in reaching our goals
of both Avian Education and matching parrots and people.
Without your help, we would not be as successful as we are.

We would like to know what you would like to do to help TARA.
You know your skills and interests best. Here are a few areas where we could use help. If there are others that we have missed,
please feel free to add them. We are always open to new ideas and ways to help the TARA birds.

*Transportation (helping in getting birds from one place to
..another such as : vet visits, from FosterCare to forever home,

*Clerical Help (keeping track of data, etc)

..places where we would love to get the word out about Avian
..rescue and education as well as TARA. There is a TARA Fair
..Kit that is ready to go with all the things needed to set up a

*FosterCare ( this is taking in a bird and then utilizing your
..powers of observation while the bird is in your care to monitor
..the birds’ behavior and changes. Your input is beneficial to the
..bird when it goes to it’s forever home)

*Quarantine ( badly needed for incoming birds who have no clean
..bill of health from the vet)

* Adoption
